Founded in 1921, Hebei University has developed into a comprehensive institution with education across twelve broad academic fields. University profile
Hebei University is jointly developed by China’s Ministry of Education and the People’s Government of Hebei Province. Its academic structure supports bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral education. In Baoding, the Wusi Road, Qiyi Road and Yuhua Road campuses form distinct parts of university life.
International education
International education includes degree study and Chinese-language learning. The College of International Exchange and Education supports international admissions and student education. HBU also hosts an HSK test centre, connecting language learning with academic preparation.
Medical education and research
Clinical Medicine is part of the university’s academic portfolio. Basic medical sciences, clinical education and supervised practice contribute to a medical student’s development. The integration of a medical college and its affiliated hospital in 2005 strengthened this academic direction.
