Accurate, readable documents
Use consistent names, dates and document details throughout the application. Upload complete scans rather than cropped images that omit seals, signatures or reverse pages. Preserve originals for registration.
Academic and language records
Prepare the highest diploma and transcript, CSCA results and applicable HSK certification. Final-year applicants may provide evidence of expected completion. Obtain any required notarization before submission.
Supporting materials
The application materials include the university form, guardian’s guarantee, physical examination, passport page, white-background photograph, résumé, non-criminal certificate and financial guarantee.
Postgraduate additions
Master’s and doctoral applications require two recommendation letters and the additional performance-related letter described in the application materials. Request the exact format from admissions. Academic interviews also apply.
Before uploading
Check expiry dates, file size and upload requirements. The 2026 guide lists a JPG photograph of 100–500 KB with a 320 × 240 / 4:3 notation; confirm portal orientation. The admissions photo specification is separate from a visa photo specification.
