The 2026 accommodation schedule lists four buildings with double-room categories and a triple-room category in Building 4. Charges are per bed per day, so the length of your stay affects the total.
Room assignment and facilities
Request your building, campus, room type and check-in date before travel. Bathroom arrangements, furniture, heating, cooling, internet, laundry, kitchen access and utility charges should be confirmed for the assigned room. Facilities should not be inferred from old photographs.
Check-in preparation
Carry your passport, admission documents and accommodation confirmation. Ask whether bedding is provided, whether a deposit is required and what payment method is accepted. Record the condition of the room and understand the residence rules.
Living with others
Respect quiet hours, shared spaces and visitor requirements. Keep valuables secure and report maintenance issues through the residence contact. Establish practical arrangements with roommates for cleaning and study time.
Budgeting for your stay
RMB 15–40 per bed per day gives a 365-day arithmetic range of RMB 5,475–14,600. This annualization is a planning calculation; actual billing depends on the stay and room assignment.
