Keep your Admission Notice and Confirmation Form for Study in China together. Follow the visa requirements for your place of application, and keep originals available for travel.
Confirm accommodation and arrival
Request the residence building, room category, campus and check-in procedure. Notify the university of your arrival plan after obtaining your visa.
Originals and insurance
Original documents are verified at registration. Students must arrange the required medical insurance. Prepare documents and funds for the registration and residence procedures.
If your plans change
Contact admissions early about delays or changed circumstances. The registration date is part of your offer, and an enquiry does not authorize a late arrival.
